Aerial Arts Builds Confidence

More often than not, the public views pole dancing in a negative light. Dayna Magee believes “Learning pole isn’t just about cool tricks and getting physically stronger; it’s also about building confidence in yourself and being part of a supportive community of like minded people.” Ending the stigma surrounding pole is something she works towards by offering pole classes to the public. Having established her own studio in 2014, and expanding it in 2016, Dayna has been teaching pole classes to groups and individuals since. She offers a variety of classes from pole fit, open pole, and even classes for kids to learn fitness. // — Karlie Spiry
