Aberdeen Elks Lodge Chili Cook Off
February 17th Chili Cook Off:
Open to the public – Businesses, Organizations or Individuals are encouraged to participate in this fun event. For $20 per entry, you bring in your favorite chili entry, with or without meat, with or without beans in a 5–6-quart crock pot which is cooked off site.
The prize is 100% payout to the winner based on the votes from the public. Bring in as many entries as you want. Contestants may also decorate their booth (an 8 ft table) for another chance at a prize. Voting: The public purchases tickets to taste and vote for their favorite chili. Tell friends and family to come and vote!
Chili entries must pre-register by Feb 3rd.
Entries must be brought in by 6:30 pm. Judging runs from 7:30 – 8:30 with winners announced at 9 PM. The Elks will also be holding a split pot game which runs from 8-9 pm. Come early and enjoy cocktails while voting!
