The class that’s got everyone talking this winter? Body Combat. It’s an empowering group fitness cardio workout that promises to unleash your inner warrior. The class format is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi, and muay thai. A new session is produced every three months with new music and choreography, designed by Body Combat master trainers and mixed martial arts experts. Now you’ll never have to get stuck in a fitness rut.
